How do I find all the words I can make from my letters?
Type your letters into the box on the home page. Words appear straight away, longest first, with points for each one.
Step by step
- Open the word unscrambler.
- Type your letters. Results appear as you type.
- Have a blank tile? Type a question mark (?) or a space for it. You can use up to two blanks.
- Open More options to choose Starts with, Ends with, Contains or an exact length.
- Use Sort words to see common words first, A to Z, or most points first.
Questions and fixes
No words come up
Check for a typing mistake, and try removing a filter in More options. With very few letters there may be no real words.
A word I know is missing
Under Dictionary, choose Both so UK and US spellings are shown. Very rare words, names and rude words are not in our list.
Why is one letter underlined?
That letter came from a blank tile. Blanks score no points, just like in the board game.
